Wiring is not all that exciting for most people, but with a court yard as large as this, the six electrical outlet boxes provide power and lighting where needed.
For others, a home wired for the 21st Century is not only appreciated, but necessary.
This home has been wired for home office, with three phone, fax or data lines, home network, with CAT 5 network outlets in several rooms including the court yard. All that, mixed with wireless, can offer networking or internet surfing anywhere in the house.
In the court yard, for those days and nights of entertaining there is large gauge stereo speaker wire for your music. Monster Cable has been run to bedroom and the kitchen (the kitchen's circuit is not working, and we won't have a chance to find the break).
Of course the home's electrical power has been upgraded to 125 amps to provide all the power this home could ever need.
